Cutlets in captivity

Ingredients:

Pork and beef minced meat-600 g

Potatoes-2 PCs.

Tomato-2 PCs.

Large onions — 1-2 PCs.

Hard cheese-150 g

Salt-to taste

Ground black pepper-to taste

Mayonnaise-to taste

 

Preparation:

1. Prepare the necessary products and molds for baking.

2. Lubricate each mold with vegetable oil. Mix the minced meat with salt and pepper. Spread out on molds. Grease generously with mayonnaise or sour cream.

3. Finely chop the onion half rings, spread on the molds, salt, pepper.

4.  Potatoes thinly cut. Salt.

5. Lay slices of tomatoes.

6. Dilute mayonnaise with water or broth. Pour generously all portions. The amount of mayonnaise and water take on the taste. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Preheat the oven to 220 C.

7. Bake meatballs in the captain’s 40 minutes.
