Cheese balls

The dish is cooked in five minutes and is able to diversify your table if guests suddenly appeared.

Ingredients:

-processed cheese,

-carrot,

-olives,

-tartlets,

-garlic,

black pepper,

-mayonnaise.

 

Preparation:

 

Fresh carrots rubbed on a fine grater.

Can – the average or even large (for an Amateur).

Do the same thing with melted cheese on a coarse grater.

Garlic finely chop with a knife or pass through the crusher.

Add to the resulting mass mayonnaise, pepper and mix everything.

Take the finished tarts, fortunately now they are in any store.

At the bottom of the tartlets teaspoon put a little weight, put the olive on top and add some more curd.

Spoon give shape to the ball and, if desired, decorate with a sprig of greenery.

Cheese balls ready! You can treat guests.
