BEEF STEW WITH

VEGETABLES

INGREDIENTS:

Beef-680 g
Wheat flour — 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil — 1 tbsp
Beef broth – 1 Cup
Onion-1/4 Cup
Potatoes — 6 pcs.
Carrots-2 pcs
Celery stem-2 pcs
Black pepper powder — 2 pinch

PREPARATION:

1. Cut the meat into small pieces and lightly roll in flour.

2. Heat the pan well over medium heat and add vegetable oil.

3. Put the meat and fry until golden brown.

4. Then add the broth and chopped onions.

5. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour.

6. Add the vegetables and black pepper cut into small pieces.

7. Cover again and simmer for another 30 minutes until vegetables are cooked.
