Berry cheesecake


● fat-free soft cheese 800 g

● oat flakes 100 g

● egg white 2 PCs .

● egg yolk 1 PC.

● gelatin 20 g

● currants, raspberries (any berries, fresh or frozen) 100 g

● stevia to taste



1. Grind the oatmeal in a blender, mix with eggs, add stevia and stir.

2. The mixture is spread in a thin layer form and put in oven on 180 *C for 10-15 minutes.

3. Dissolve gelatin in water, heat and cool. 3/4 of the gelatin water mix with the cottage cheese and stevia.

4. The resulting mixture is spread on the cooled oat cake and sent to the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.

5. On the frozen cheesecake spread berries, pour the remaining gelatin water and again sent to the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
