Original recipe for fragrant cookies with the addition of starch. Mushrooms turn out crumbly and tasty.


460 gr. flour

200 gr. butter

150 gr. powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla sugar

2 PCs chicken egg

40 gr. starch

1 bag baking powder (10 gr.)

1 tbsp cocoa




1. Butter on the table bring to a soft state and mix with a whisk
powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Stirring whisk, add eggs one at a time.

2.  Add flour, starch and baking powder to the billet.

3. Knead, cover and send to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.


4. Divide the dough into balls 46-48, spread on a baking tray with paper. Using a plastic bottle, make the feet of the mushrooms. To do this, dip the neck of the bottle into the cocoa, and then press it against the center of the ball.

6. Bake “Mushrooms” in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.

7. Fragrant biscuits “Mushrooms” cool and serve. Enjoy your meal
