Bread rolls for lunch for 2 hours


– 3 cups warm water

– 1/2  cup sugar

– 6 tablespoons vegetable oil

– 1 tablespoon salt

– 2 tablespoons yeast

– 2 eggs

– 7-9 cups flour


Very simple and relatively quick recipe for delicious buns that can be used for hot dogs or burgers, as well as serve instead of bread for lunch.


Mix the first five ingredients, add eggs and flour to get a soft dough that does not stick to your hands, add oil if necessary.

Transfer the mass into a container, lubricated with oil, crumble after 15 minutes, repeat the procedure several more times within an hour.

Stir buns, let them stand for another hour, then bake for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
