CASSEROLE OF MINCED MEAT

Ingredients:

* 300 gr. minced beef or pork,

* 3 tbsp sour cream,

* 1 tbsp butter,

* 100 gr. hard cheese.

 

Preparation:

1. In a bowl for baking put a few slices of butter.

2. Then place the stuffing evenly.

3. Sprinkle the meat with grated cheese.

4. Fill with sour cream and put in the oven on moderate heat (150-180°C).

5. Bake for 1 hour until Golden brown. A side dish you can serve any.
