CASSEROLE WITH BROCCOLI AND SALMON

INGREDIENTS:

broccoli-300 g

cauliflower-200 g

smoked or salted salmon-100 g

Egg – 1-2 PCs.

Cream-100 ml

sour cream-100 ml

grated hard cheese-50 g

salt, pepper-to taste

 

PREPARATION:

1. Disassemble the broccoli and the cauliflower into florets. Boil in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Pour over ice water and cut into pieces.

3. Lay out in form of for baking such as cabbage and fish.

4. Prepare the fill of all the other ingredients, pour on top.

5. Cook at 180 C for about 30 minutes, until casserole is lightly browned.
