Cheesecake “Royal”


– Wheat flour-2  cups;

– sugar: sand-1 cup;

– butter-200 g;

– cottage cheese – 0,5 kg;

– eggs – 3  pcs;

-soda – a pinch;

-vanilla sugar – 0.5 tsp.



To start butter we need to cool so that it’s easy to grate it on a coarse grater.

So and do. Pour into butter flour with soda and sugar (half the dose) and a good kneading fork.

We will result such oil-flour baby. In a separate bowl, mix with each other: cottage cheese (it is better to take high-fat cottage cheese, the food will taste better in the end), and sugar and eggs (I beat a little whisk).

Take the form, lubricate it with oil and evenly pour half of our butter-flour crumbs.

Spread on top of the cheese, even out and fill the remaining half of the crumbs.

Oven heated to 180-200 degrees and put our cheesecake bake for 30 minutes (until it will turn brown).

If the cheese with lumps, it is better to wipe through a sieve, so gentle.
