Chicken in pepper


– Bell peppers (large) – 4-5 PCs .

-Smoked chicken legs – 1 PC.

– Mushrooms-300 g

– Tomatoes-2 PCs.

– Carrots-1 PC –

– Onion-2 PCs.

– Hard cheese-100-150 g

– Dill greens, spices, salt, pepper to taste

– Vegetable oil for lubrication



1. Peppers cut in half so that each half of the left part of the tail, and remove seeds and membranes.

2. Onions, mushrooms and ham cut into small cubes. Tomatoes are dipped in boiling water for a minute,
then slightly cool, remove from them the skin and finely cut. RUB the cheese, chop the greens.

3. Pepper blanching in boiling water for 3 minutes. Take out and give a little cool. Onions and carrots saute, add the mushrooms, fry until semi cooked. Then put the ham, tomatoes, herbs, spices, salt and pepper.

4. Stir and give them together to extinguish 5 minutes. Put half of the grated cheese and a minute later turn off the fire. Filling is ready.

5. On the greased baking sheet spread pepper halves, fill with filling and send in preheated to 180-200° C oven for 30 minutes.

6. We take out a baking sheet and sprinkle peppers with grated cheese mixed with dill greens. Put back in the oven for 10 minutes. As soon as the brown crust appears on the cheese, the dish is ready.
