Chicken pastrami “Forget about sausage”

Ingredients :

– Chicken breast fillet-2 PCs. (250 gr.)

– spices to taste

– Salt

– garlic

– vegetable oil




Connect your favorite spices (I coriander, a mixture of peppers, ground paprika), salt, garlic  and vegetable oil.

Chicken breast well lubricated with the mixture and leave for 30 minutes, or longer.

Meanwhile, the oven is heated to 250град S.

On a baking tray lined with foil, put the breast (I joined 2 pieces) and 12 minutes in the oven at the same temperature (if breast more then 15 min not more).

Overtime is not necessary, otherwise the meat will be dry.

The oven turn off, the door NOT OPEN 4 hours!

I did the evening and the morning were ready for a great pastrami. Fast, easy and simple.
