Chicken rolls in bacon


Chicken Breasts or peeled fillet-2 PCs

Cottage cheese cream-1 box

Red bell pepper (can be and without pepper, I sometimes do with prunes or pickled cucumbers) — 2 PCs.

Finely chopped parsley — 1 heaped tablespoon

Finely chopped dill — 1 tbsp with slide

Raw smoked or fresh bacon-8 strips

Salt and black pepper to taste





Chicken fillet should be washed, drained and well discouraged to a thickness of 0.5 cm. It is better to use food film or a package, so as not to stain everything around.

Wash greens, dry and finely chop.

Each piece of pepper, grease with curd cheese.

Spread some greens, evenly distributing it.

Rolls wrapped.

And wrap each roll with bacon (If necessary, fasten the bacon with toothpicks).




Put our rolls on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.



Chicken rolls with cheese in bacon are better served immediately still hot. The dish goes well with baked potatoes.
