Ingredients:

-puff unleavened dough – 500 gr

-sesame seed
– salt, ground black pepper
– vegetable oil for lubrication

 

Preparation:

Roll out the dough.
Chicken fillet well repel, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, put on the dough.

Roll the dough with the Breasts more tightly with a roll and cut into 1.5 cm thick washers.
Baking tray lay a parchment paper and liberally grease with butter.

Washers dip one side into the sesame seeds and spread out on a baking sheet.

Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes (180 ° C).

During baking under a baking tray with rolls it is better to put a container of water so that they do not dry out.
