Chocolate cottage cheese soft cake

Ingredients:

On the form of 22-24 cm

For balls of cottage cheese:

Cottage cheese-250 g

Flour – 3 tablespoons

Egg – 1 piece or 2 egg yolks

Sugar-50 g

Coconut chips-40 g

 

 

For the dough:

Flour ~ 150 g

Eggs-3 pieces

Sugar-100 g

Vanilla sugar – 1 tablespoon

Salt-pinch

Chocolate-100 g

Cocoa-3 tablespoons

Starch – 2 tablespoons

Baking powder – 1 teaspoon

Milk-100-150 ml

 

For glaze:

Chocolate-100 g

Honey-20 g

Butter-15 g

Cream-40 ml

 

Preparation:

 

Curd grind through a sieve.

The egg (or yolks) beaten with sugar for 2-3 minutes.

Add the sifted flour and coconut and mix.

The form to lay baking paper or grease and flour them.

Form small balls of curd mass and lay on the bottom of the form.

Put the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.

In capacity sift flour, starch, baking powder, cocoa and mix.

In a saucepan bring to boil (do not boil) the milk, remove from heat, put the chopped chocolate and leave for 1-2 minutes.

With a whisk mix the chocolate with the milk until smooth.

Ready pour the batter onto the prepared balls trying to fill all the empty spaces.

Put in the oven for 30-40 minutes, ready to check with a toothpick (time depends on the oven).

The finished cake remove from oven and leave to cool in the form.

While cake cools, make the glaze (the amount of glaze can be done to taste).

Chocolate to break into pieces and melt in a water bath. Add cream, honey, oil and stir until homogeneous masses.

Remove the cooled cake from the mold and cover it with glaze (or cover it with glaze first and then remove it from the mold).

Cut into portions and serve.
