Flour-200 g

  1. Grind the flour with margarine, add sugar, salt, sour cream, flour, vanilla and baking powder. Knead soft, not sticky, elastic dough. Divide it into two parts and add cocoa powder to one. Wrap both pieces of dough separately in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes–1 hour.
    2. Remove dough, velvety in the seam thickness of about 3-4 mm, cut out circles (for example, a glass with a diameter of about 6 cm).
    3. For forming one flower you need to take two white and two dark mugs. Lay down their overlap, alternating colors.

    5. Bake cookies in a preheated 180 ° C oven for about 15 minutes. We need to make sure that it does not burn.
