CRACKER WITH CHEESE

INGREDIENTS

Butter-150 gr.

Hard cheese – 150 gr.

Egg-1 PC –

Flour-160 gr.

 

PREPARATION:

1. Mash with your hands the butter with the flour until smooth.

2. Separate the yolk from the protein.

3. Grind the cheese on a fine grater.

4. Add cheese, yolk and knead the dough for cookies. The dough should not stick to hands.

5. Wrap the bun in food wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

6. Divide the ball into pieces and roll each into a circle or square in the formation of a thickness of not more than 5 ml., and then cut the triangles, squares.

7. Make on the surface of the holes by means of tubes.

8. Place in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
