Dietary cheesecake


● 125 ml of natural yogurt

● 9 grams of gelatin

● 75 ml lemon juice

● 3 tablespoons honey

● 200 g of fat-free cottage cheese

● 2 proteins



1. Mix lemon juice with 75 ml of water, add gelatin and soak it for 5 minutes.

2. Then the mixture is heated on a slow fire until the gelatin is dissolved, cooled.

3. In a bowl whisk cottage cheese, yogurt and honey.

4. Pour a mixture of lemon and gelatin.

5. Whisk egg whites into a foam, then gently introduce the curd mixture.

On the bottom of the form spread fruit or berries (optional), pour on top of cottage cheese mixture and put in refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight.
