Fish cake in a hurry

INGREDIENTS:

For the dough:
● 1 glass of kefir
● 2 eggs
● 1,5 – 2 cups flour
● 3 tbsp vegetable oil
● 1/2 tsp salt.

For the filling:
● 1 Bank canned mackerel
● a bunch of green onions.

PREPARATION:
Mix all the ingredients for the dough (consistency it should turn out like sour cream).
Half of the dough is poured into the pan, put on top of crumpled mackerel canned mixed with green onions, then pour the rest of the dough. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
