Fish in potato crust


4 carcasses of tilapia (or other white fish such as cod, haddock, etc.

2 eggs

4 potatoes

2 tbsp flour + flour for boning

sunflower oil




Three potatoes on a coarse grater. Wringing out his hands to leave excess moisture.

Add eggs, flour, salt and mix.

Carcass tilapia coat both sides in flour.

With the two sides pressed against the fish potato mixture. Carefully put the fish into a pan with heated oil. Fry on a medium heat.

When one side crust is browned, turn over to the other. Reduce the fire and fry until cooked.
