Italian omelet frittata can practically be prepared with any ingredients.

The most popular ingredient for fritata in Italy is cheese, various greens and zucchini. That’s it with the zucchini and we will prepare our frittata.


Onions: 1 Piece,

Zucchini: 200 Grams,

Parmesan: 60 Grams,

Olive oil: 30 milliliters,

Parsley: 10 Grams,

Egg of chicken: 4 pieces




In a large frying pan, we warm up the olive oil, fry the onions in it until it is transparent.



Then add the onions cut into small cubes. Fry for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.



Then add the finely chopped parsley into the pan. Stirring.




Parmesan should be rubbed on a large grater.



Mix grated cheese with eggs, mix well.



Pour the cheese-egg mixture onto the vegetables, cover the frying pan with a lid and simmer on medium heat until it thickens.



At the very end, you can still lightly sprinkle with grated Parmesan.



We cut the frittata into pieces and serve it hot. Bon Appetit!
