Low-calorie marble cheesecake


● eggs 3 pcs.

● soft low-fat cheese 400 g

● yogurt natural 0,5 art.

● cocoa 2 tsp.

● stevia to taste


1. Mix the cottage cheese and yogurt in a blender to mass produce a consistency similar to sour cream. Add eggs, stevia.

2. Divide the dough into 2 halves. In one add cocoa.

3. Pour the batter alternately in the greased form. To get circles and stripes of different colors.

4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Bake the cake for about an hour.

5. Once the cake is ready, take it out and cool.

6. The cooled cake to put on 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
