Pork baked with prunes


1. Pork pulp per 1 kg-1.2 kg

2. Salt, pepper to taste

Meat wash, dry, RUB with a mixture of all the above seasonings. Make small incisions with a knife, they put the prunes and half of the garlic.

Give the meat an hour to soak in these spices.

The meat is then put in a baking dish (a roasting pan or ceramic dish), add 1-1.5 cups of boiling water and put in oven on 180 degrees with a lid for 1 hour.

You can eat hot with a side dish, you can eat cold for Breakfast instead of sausage.
