Pork with pasta in a delicate sauce


  1. Curly pasta (“fusilli”) – 250 g

2. Pork tenderloin-500 g

3. Tomatoes, canned, tomato, peeled-500 g

4. Onion, small-1 PC. (80 g)

5. Sour cream-1/2 Cup (125 g)

6. Butter – 1 tbsp (15-20 g)

7. Vegetable oil (olive) – 2 tbsp

8. Sweet paprika – 2 tbsp

9. Salt-to taste

10. Ground black pepper-to taste

11. Water-1/4 Cup (60 g)

12. Parsley (for decoration) – to taste



1. Boil the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package, throw it back on the colander and place it back in the pan, in which before that add butter. Cover with pasta and keep them warm.

2. Cut the meat into strips and mix in a large bowl with 1 tbsp of paprika, salt and pepper.

3. In a large frying pan on medium heat, heat 1 tbsp oil. Fry the meat, stirring occasionally, until slightly brown (about 5 minutes). Shift to a plate.

4. Chop the onions. In the same pan, where was roasting meat, add 1 tbsp oil, add the onion and cook, stirring, 4-5 minutes.

5. Add roasted meat, remaining paprika, tomatoes with juice and water. Bring to boil. Cook, stirring and breaking tomatoes with a spoon for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.

6. Remove from heat, add sour cream, salt and pepper.

7. Serve the pasta with the meat and garnish the dish with parsley.
