PROFITEROLES – CHOUX PASTRIES

Ingredients:

Dough:
– Water – 1 Cup
– Butter or margarine-100 g
– Flour – 1 Cup
— Eggs-4-5 PCs.
Cream:
– Chocolate margarine-1 PC
– Cocoa-to taste
– Condensed milk – 1 jar

Preparation:

1. Oil and water bring the pot to a boil.
Gradually add flour, adding gradually and stirring constantly. Remove from heat. To cool down a bit.
2. To drive eggs one by one, each time carefully mixing the dough (with a mixer, you can use muscle power).
3. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. On a greased baking sheet put a teaspoon balls (or confectionery syringe strips – then will eclairs). By placing the baking sheet in the oven, in no way disturb the custard cakes to give them the opportunity to climb! Bake until Golden brown.
4. The cooled cakes to fill with the cream.
