Mushrooms cut, fry in a small amount of vegetable oil, pepper and salt.

Carrots to RUB on a grater, fry until cooked, add salt.

Chicken fillet boil until cooked in salted water with the Bay leaf and pepper.

Boil potatoes,
Cheese, eggs and potatoes RUB on a grater, finely chop onions and fry.

Salad is laid out in layers: potatoes, then mushrooms, mayonnaise grid, chicken pieces, onions, carrots, mayonnaise, eggs, cheese, mayonnaise grid.

Before serving decorate the salad with mushrooms and herbs or optionally, cool, and can be served.
