Salad “Fox”
Ingredients:
● 2 chicken breast fillets
● 3 pickled cucumbers
● 200 g of Korean carrot
● 200 g of cheese
● 2 cloves of garlic
● Mayonnaise
● Green
Preparation:
First, boil the fillet in salted water, then cut into strips (or disassemble the hands on the fibers).
Then also cut the cucumbers into strips, cheese on a large grater.
Mix fillet, cheese, cucumbers and carrots, add the garlic squeezed out through the press and fill with mayonnaise.
