Salad  “Pineapple bouquet”

Pineapples and chicken are perfectly combined with each other. If you plan to cook a charming and delicious salad for the New year, then use this recipe.


500 g chicken breast

3-4 bulbs

4-5 eggs

400 g pickled mushrooms

2 potatoes

200 g of cheese

1 Bank of canned pineapples


Boil the meat with the addition of Bay leaf, garlic, scented and black pepper. Cool down, cut into cubes.


Cut the onion into half rings, pour boiling water and leave for 10-15 minutes. Rinse the onion and marinate it in cold water with vinegar, salt and sugar.


Cheese grate on a coarse grater. Boil the eggs, cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater.


Spread all the salad ingredients in layers in the following order: onion, mayonnaise, meat, potatoes, mushrooms, eggs, mayonnaise, cheese, mayonnaise.


Garnish the salad with pineapple slices and pomegranate seeds.
