SALAD WITH CHICKEN AND MUSHROOMS
Ingredients:
Bell peppers – 1 PC.
Cheese-150 g
Canned mushrooms-400 g
Chicken breast – 1 PC.
Salt, pepper-to taste
Sour cream for filling
Preparation:
Pepper cut in thin slices.
Mushrooms cut into thin slices.
Boil the chicken breast. Finely cut.
Grate cheese on a grater.
Mix all the ingredients. Fill with sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
