600 g-chicken fillet

200 g-sour cream is not greasy

2 tbsp — mayonnaise

2 packages of thin Armenian lavash

2 tbsp — spices for chicken

2 pieces of fresh cucumber

2 PCs-tomatoes

1/2 medium head of lettuce “iceberg”

1/2 head Chinese cabbage

1 PC celery stem

4 PCs-radish

1 piece-red bell pepper

Green onions, parsley, dill, garlic, salt.



First, cut the chicken fillet into strips and fry in a pan with vegetable oil.

Sprinkle with spices and salt.

Wash and prepare for cutting our vegetables.

Cut cabbage with straws and salt.

Cucumbers, tomatoes, pepper, stem celery cut into cubes.

Greens: dill, parsley, chop the green onions finely. Grate the garlic on a fine grater. Sour cream, mix mayonnaise, add all the greens, mix.

Now chilled roasted fillets mix with vegetables, add our sauce, mix well.

Lavash cut in half so you can wrap the vegetables.

We spread vegetables along the edge, turn into rolls.


Spread out on a dish and decorate at will.

I have roses, cucumber leaves.

Some feathers are green onions, parsley and carrots.
