Sherlock salad (delicious and tender)

Fried onions gives this hearty recipe a special touch. And the title of this salad speaks for itself – he’s preparing simply elementary, Watson!



– 250g boiled chicken fillet;

– – 200 g pickled mushrooms;

– 4 boiled eggs;

– 1 onion;

– – 80 g peeled walnuts;

– – 200 g of mayonnaise;

– salt, pepper, vegetable oil.


Peel the onion, chop it finely and fry in a pan with butter until Golden brown.

In the roasting process a little sprinkle onion mixture with spices for chicken.

Together with the essential oils of onion, the mixture will give additional flavor and taste characteristics.

Cut chicken and eggs into small cubes and mushrooms into thin plates.

Lightly fry the nuts in a pan and grind them.

Mix all the ingredients, leaving only a little nuts for decoration, and salted and pepper the dish, season the salad with mayonnaise Sherlock.

Top nicely put the remaining nuts.
