Very tasty and hearty dish!


– 1 kg of any minced meat


– 2 bulbs

– 4 potatoes

– 5 eggs

– 200 g of cheese

– mayonnaise

– salt, pepper



To prepare the stuffing as cutlets.  Onions salvage on vegetable oil.

Potatoes to grate on a coarse grater, add salt, mix well.

The eggs boil, chop, pepper, add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, mix well.

Cheese grate on a coarse grater.

To make the stuffing small round cakes (diameter 10 cm).

Put on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil or covered with baking paper.


On top lay a layer of fried onions. Then a layer of boiled and cut eggs.

To egg layer to put the grated potatoes in the form of stacks.

Top layer of grated cheese. And add mayonnaise.

Bake in preheated oven until 180° for 30-35 minutes.
