Stuffed mushrooms



Mushrooms-16 PCs —

Potatoes-3 PCs —

Cheese-150 g

Mayonnaise — 3 tbsp

Garlic-3 cloves

Greens-to taste

Salt-to taste



1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Boil the potatoes.

3. Grate the boiled potatoes on a fine grater. Grate cheese. Garlic skip through the press. Finely chop the greens.

4. Mix potatoes, greens, garlic and cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Add the mayonnaise.

5. From the mushrooms carefully remove the legs, leaving only the cap.

6. Fill mushroom caps with cooked stuffing.

7. Send in preheated oven up to 200 ºC for 15 minutes.
