This dish is from the liver very fast and easy to prepare. Dishes from the liver, many do not like, but the liver in this form will appeal to even the most fastidious eaters. Is preparing very quickly and simply! You can serve as a snack, or as an independent dish.


Liver-500 g

Onion – 2 PCs —

Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp

Sour cream-200 g

Wheat flour — 1.5 tbsp

Cheese-80 g

Salt-to taste

Pepper-to taste


1. Slice the onions, fry until translucent with oil.

2. Add the liver cut into small pieces and fry for 5-7 minutes.

3. Add salt, pepper and place in a ramekin.

4. Sour cream mix in 2 tablespoons of water, add the flour. Warm up on a small fire, mix well.

5. Fill the liver with sour cream sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.

6. Bake in an oven heated to 180ºC for about 15-25 minutes until Golden brown. When serving, sprinkle with green onions.
