TRUFFLE SOUR CREAM

Ingredients:

– 1 egg
– 1 Cup sugar
– 1 Cup sour cream
– 1/2 tsp of slaked vinegar soda
– 1.5 cups flour
– 1 / 2 packs cocoa (standard 200 gr)

Preparation:

1. Mix well.

2. Spread in a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs or flour form.

3. Bake in not hot the oven 35-40 minutes.

4. The finished cake cut into 2-3 cake and every cream lubricates:

There are two options:
1) butter “truffle” – 200 g of butter and 1/2 cup of condensed milk, beat up and add 1/2 packs of cocoa, mix well.

2) sour cream coffee – 1 Cup sour cream mix with 1 Cup sugar, add to taste instant coffee and warm, stirring, bring to a boil, but do not boil, add 50 grams of butter. Cream beat well.

 

5. Top cover with glaze: 1 tbsp cocoa, 1 tbsp sour cream, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp butter-all warm,  mix well until smooth and quickly pour the cake.
