Vegetable cocktail

Clean the liver: a cocktail of 6 components

INGREDIENTS

3 carrots

2 green apples

1 beetroot

0.5 lemon without peel

a piece of fresh ginger root

a few leaves of lettuce or spinach

 

PREPARATION

 

Grind all the vegetables in the blender, after washing and cleaning them. Add 2 cups of water to a concentrated vegetable drink.

Eat it cool, keep it ready in the fridge!

Carrots rich in flavonoids and vitamin a nourish the liver. Pectin contained in apples helps to detoxify.

Green lettuce leaves provide good blood circulation and strengthen the immune system.

Ginger and lemon contribute to the excellent work of the gastrointestinal tract, relieve bloating, and improve metabolism.

In raw beets is high in fiber, good for your colon.
