Yogurt cake without baking



Natural yogurt-350 g

Milk-300 ml

Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp

Gelatin-40 g

Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

Sugar – 6 tbsp

Strawberries (fresh or frozen) – 200-250 g




1. Pour gelatin (leave 5-10 g strawberry puree) milk, leave for 15 minutes.

2. Put on low heat and heat, stirring occasionally. Milk can not be allowed to boil.

3. When gelatin is dissolved, remove from heat and allowing it to cool.

4. In a deep bowl pour the yogurt, add sugar (3-4 tablespoons), lemon juice.

5. All this beat with a mixer, for as long as possible.

6. To the resulting mixture in a thin stream pour the milk with gelatin, then again shake thoroughly.

7. Pour into a separate container the 3rd part of the mixture and add cocoa powder, mix.

8. This mixture of cocoa pour into a special form, which is removed, and immerse in the freezer for 12 minutes, then remove and there pour the remaining mixture until the end.

9. Put it in the freezer. Meanwhile, prepare the strawberry puree: blend the strawberries with the sugar in a blender.

10. Take 50 g of water, add the remaining gelatin and leave for 10 minutes. Heat over low heat, stirring. Cool and pour into the strawberry puree. Mix well and pour it into the frozen yogurt mixture with the last layer.

11. Send to the freezer.
